The main wood in this piece is Maple Burl. The free-form twisting movement contrasts the progressive stack of wood spheres. Geometry, free-form, and randomness are three strongly differing concepts harmonized here. The irregular top is the natural exterior of the burl wood beneath the tree's bark.

Hidden fasteners firmly join the spheres together and to the burl.

23" tall, 9" wide, 6" deep.
