“Spirit Rise” is a free-form abstraction intended to offer the feel of a spirit receiving its freedom. It has been sculpted from a solid piece of Black Walnut. The upward sweeping trail begins it's ascent from the massive-bodied curve that firmly finds its only support at the rearmost elbow. Spirit Rise has been mounted to a polished granite base.
